Welcome to your Vendor Dashboard for the Black Learners Matter Too™ Marketplace.
This is your control center for everything related to your store — products, orders, earnings, and your store settings.

Use this tour as a guide any time you’re not sure where to click or what to do next.

Section: Quick Overview (Good as a 3-column row)

At a glance, you’ll use your dashboard to:

  • 📦 Products – Add and manage what you sell
  • 🛒 Orders – View and manage customer purchases
  • 💵 Withdraw – Request payouts from your earnings
  • 🏪 Store Settings – Customize your storefront
  • 📊 Reports – Track your sales (if enabled)
  • ⭐ Reviews – See what customers are saying
  • 📣 Announcements – Read important updates from Marketplace Admin
  • 🆘 Support / Help – Get assistance when you need it

Section 1 – Dashboard Overview

This is the first screen you see after logging in.

Here you’ll find:

  • A quick sales summary
  • How many products you have published
  • Recent orders
  • Important notices or alerts
  • Your plan or subscription status (if enabled)

Think of this as your “homepage” inside the Marketplace.

Section 2 – Products

This is where you manage everything you sell.

From Dashboard → Products, you can:

  • Add new products or services
  • Edit existing products
  • Upload images and galleries
  • Set prices and sale prices
  • Add descriptions and short descriptions
  • Choose your Vendor Marketplace Category
  • Set stock and inventory
  • Create downloadable products (if allowed)

🔑 Important:
Always choose one of the official Marketplace Vendor Categories (Apparel, Art, Digital, Services, etc.), not a QRES category.

Section 3 – Orders

This tab shows the orders customers place in your store.

You can:

  • View order details (items, customer info, total)
  • Update order status (Processing, Completed, etc.)
  • Add order notes (if enabled)
  • Track which orders still need attention

Your earnings are based on completed orders.

Section 4 – Withdrawals

This is where you request your earnings.

Here you’ll see:

  • Your available balance
  • The minimum withdrawal amount
  • Which payout methods are available (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)
  • A history of past withdrawal requests and their status

Follow the instructions on this page to request a payout when you’re ready.

Section 5 – Store Settings

This is how you personalize your storefront for customers.

From Dashboard → Store Settings, you can:

  • Update your store name
  • Upload your store logo
  • Upload a store banner (header image)
  • Write your store description / bio
  • Add your email and phone number (if you choose)
  • Set store address (if relevant)
  • Add store policies (refunds, shipping, cancellations)
  • Set business hours for services (if enabled)
  • Add social media links

A complete and professional store profile helps customers trust your brand.

Section 6 – Subscriptions / Plan

If Marketplace plans are active, you’ll see a section that shows:

  • Which plan you’re on (yearly subscription or 5% commission)
  • Your plan status (active/expired)
  • Renewal date
  • Options to upgrade or renew

Your plan determines your fees and features inside the BLMT Marketplace.

Section 7 – Reports (Optional)

If Reports are turned on, this section gives you a simple view of:

  • Total sales for a time period
  • Best-selling products
  • Order trends

Use this to understand what’s working and where you can grow.

Section 8 – Reviews

Here you can see feedback from customers about your products.

You can:

  • Read reviews
  • Monitor ratings
  • Use feedback to improve your products and customer experience

Positive reviews help build trust and repeat buyers.

Section 9 – Announcements

Your Marketplace Admin may post announcements about:

  • New features
  • Policy updates
  • Holiday sales or campaigns
  • Deadlines and reminders
  • Vendor trainings or events

Check this tab regularly so you don’t miss important news.

Section 10 – Support / Help

If a Support or Help tab is available, use it when you:

  • Need help with a store setting
  • Have issues with an order
  • Notice a technical problem
  • Have questions about Marketplace rules
